In case of any cancellation, please write to us before the order is shipped. Any notification received after the shipping will attract shipping and return charges.
- Please raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment by writing to us on mail@chitshe.in If you receive a product defective (torn, damaged, stained) do contact us immediately by mailing us at mail@52.66.200.142 with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect.
- If you receive the package in bad condition (torn, damaged, stained) or if the packaging looks tampered, please do not accept the package. Write to us at mail@chitshe.in mentioning your Order ID, with pictures and your complaint.
- ChitShe will offer a credit note worth the amount of billed product(s) which has been returned. Currently, we do not process the money back to your account/mode of payment.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Please refer to the Cancellation policy above.
- No return and/or exchange request would be accepted after 10 days of delivery of product. In case you still feel your case is exceptional please write to us at mail@chitshe.in
If your case is found genuine, we will advise the next step. Decision of return/exchange will be a final call of team ChitShe only. - We will notify you , once we receive your return shipment. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team before processing the cost of the product.
- In case we do not have pick up service available from your location, we would request you to self ship the product. A maximum of INR 150 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping within India.
- Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
- Products bought during sale period or under offers will not be eligible for return.

- A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
